Any orders placed for in-store pickup strictly require 2 pieces of Government issued photo ID to be presented at time of pickup, matching the name and birth date that was used to place the order.
Any orders placed for in-town delivery strictly require 2 pieces of Government issued photo ID to be presented upon delivery, matching the name and birth date that was used to place the order.
Any orders placed for shipment will be fulfilled by Canada Post, utilizing their age-restricted shipment methods, requiring 2 pieces of Government issued photo ID to be presented upon delivery, matching the name used for the shipment.

We will respect the laws of each individual Province in regard to the legal status of vaping products in that Province. We will not ship flavoured vapor products into any Province or Territory where such products are banned, including:

If you are unable to produce ID during an in-store pickup or delivery, your order will be held for 3 days at our North Shore location, located at 349 Tranquille Road, Kamloops, BC, for pickup once you are able to produce ID. If you cannot produce ID during a Canada Post delivery, your order will be held at your nearest Canada Post office for a time, as per their terms and conditions.
If you are found to be disregarding these rules and attempting to order products while under 19 years of age, your order will be promptly refused, you will be blacklisted from our website, and your order will not be refunded. We take no sympathies to minors attempting to break the rule of law, and conform to all laws imposed upon us by both the Government of British Columbia, and the Government of Canada, with no exception. This shouldn't have to be explained.
